Purchased Multi-site vCandy theme - Damaged/Doesn't work

    1. I'm using the most recent Wordpress 3.31 I think it is. I just purchased the multi-site vCandy and it's damaged so I can't tell you what version it is because it doesn't even load. My site is located at www.rightperspective.org but like I said, your theme won't load so you won't see any problems looking at my site.

      Can't upload it successfully to Wordpress. It tells me this:
      "Installing Theme from uploaded file: vCandyMultiSite.zip
      Unpacking the package…
      Installing the theme…
      The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
      Theme install failed."
      Any help would be appreciated. My time is valuable to me and I was expecting to be rocking out a new look for my website right now. Instead, I'm waiting for the seller or Wordpress to respond to my emails...or someone to respond to me here.

      I noticed a similar post in the forum that was posted 2 months ago, with a note stating "resolved" 4 weeks ago. I won't be waiting 4 weeks for a working product. I paid today, so I expect a working product today or else a refund today.

    2. You need to communicate with me and either provide me with a working product or refund my $39 immediately. You took my money and sold me a product which doesn't work. I was diagnosed with cancer three weeks ago and I will not allow you to just rip me off with the little time I might have left. You need to respond today or I will report this to my bank as fraud. Give me a working product or refund my money today.

    3. It's been two days. You took my money and sold me a nonworking file, like I see has happened to others here before. It appears you took 4 weeks to resolve one man's damaged file download. My bank will be contacting you today to get my money refunded and if this is not resolved in the next few days I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report this as fraud.
