Unable to Add vSlider, can not insert vSlider

      I'm working with vSlider 4.1.1 and Wordpress 3.3.1, and I've followed all of the instructions to uninstalling, de-activating, activating, etc. I even tried working with the VSliderDev, and can't add.

      I've verified that the table is in the SQL database.

      Where can I find more details on how to troubleshoot this?

      I purchased this vCandy MultiSite product a couple days ago and the downloaded file was damaged. I've never been able to utilize this product, essentially investing $39 in garbage. The company hasn't responded to any of my requests for support, either. Has it really been a week since you posted this problem? Has anyone responded privately with you, or responded at all? Before I turn this company into my band for fraud, I'm trying to confirm that they've sold garbage to other people, too. Thanks for your reply. My private email is contact@rightperspective.org.
