Vslider as post meta?

   I want to use the Vslider to be part of a hero image area I have on my site. I've tweaked the php to make a post_meta tag to override my page's current image, but only a jpg works. Do you have any ideas on how I could use a post-specific meta tag to display the Vslider?

   Or, how could I use the php for Vslider on only one page of my site? I cannot just enter the short code.

   post-specific meta tag, yes possible but why not use featured image for such purpose?

   For pages, I would recommend using a custom page or posts template, wherein you can call the vslider php function and use the post meta to fetch a particular slider name.
